Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AP Specialist in Saint Louis, MO. This role will be 6+ months with extensions likely.

Responsibilities:

• AP Specialist will process and manage accounts payable, including invoice review, data entry, and payment processing


• Heavy focus on data entry and strong attention to detail


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and tax documentation


• As an AP Specialist, you will reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner


• Assist with month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and financial reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent organization skills


• Intermediate technical skills


• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively


• 2+ years of AP experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
