Summary


Under direct supervision, this position performs a variety of clerical duties.



Essential Competencies, Duties and Responsibilities

• With attention to speed, detail, and accuracy regarding filing of documents.


• Scan all hardcopy documents into electronic format on a variety of scanning equipment.


• Upload all scanned documentation and conduct a visual verification of completion.


• Ability to assist departmental staff with administrative and general clerical duties and responsible for department inventory of forms and office supplies.


• Other duties, as needed.

Compensation: $20/hr DOE


Job Requirements:



Education and/or Experience

• High School diploma


• Knowledge of word processing applications and other business equipment.


• Excellent spelling, grammar, composition, proofreading, interpersonal, and communication skills.


• Previous filing and clerical experience preferred.
