Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a highly technical Product Owner with a background in complex data ingestion practices and working with EDW teams. This person will act as a product champion, setting the vision and roadmap for the data product. They will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify key challenges and opportunities where data can provide solutions and driving the adoption of the data product across an enterprise organization.
Required Skills: 5+ years experience in product-related role, digital, technology, or related field Excellent communication skills centered around eliciting customer needs, negotiating prioritizations, gathering importance/value to the business and driving understanding within technical teams that importance/value. Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Technical knowledge around technologies such as Databricks and Airflow with an understanding of the concept of a modern lakehouse as a technical product
Desired Skills: Healthcare industry experience is highly desired Familiarity with analyzing data to identify insights and create hypotheses for testing Self-motivated individual with ability to handle multiple high-priority demands, manage expectations and achieve objectives Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and technical aspects of data products.
