Job Description:
CONTRACT ANALYST - W2 contract, Houston TX - Woodlands preferred
***MUST-HAVE: Negotiating of IT (specifically SaaS) agreements experience***
- 5+ years of experience in negotiation of agreement for IT Professional Services, SaaS, Data, Software, Hardware, and Telecommunications
- IT Contractor Negotiator experience: commercial and legal terms, contract management
- IT contracting practices, legal frameworks, and industry standards
- Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Understand complex technical requirements
- Bachelors degree - Business Administration/Supply Chain/IT
- J.D. is preferred
- Contract lifecycle management software and tools
