Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues encountered during prototype development and testing.
Maintain accurate documentation of design iterations test results and project progress using document control processes.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including engineers and designers to discuss designs convey ideas and report findings.
Demonstrate precision and attention to detail in all aspects of prototype fabrication testing and documentation.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Uphold high-quality and reliability standards in all lab activities ensuring ethical conduct in handling proprietary and sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field.
Familiarity with mechanical testing methods and equipment for evaluating prototype performance and reliability.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to troubleshooting mechanical issues.
Excellent documentation skills to maintain accurate records of design changes test results and project milestones.
