LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established construction company near McKinney, TX. They are hiring for a Payroll Administrator on a direct hire basis. This is an onsite position that will be solely responsible for process semi-monthly and weekly payroll, month-end journal entries and commissions calculations. Responsibilities:
Process multistate, semi-monthly payroll (200+ employees)
Enter PTO requests and monitor PTO accrued balances
Review, approve and process health insurance related vendor invoices
Calculate 401k match
Maintain Employee records
Enter new hire information into the benefits platform
Month-end journal entries
Assist employees by answering payroll related questions
Any tasks, or special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
3+ years of multistate payroll processing experience
