Salary Range: $60,000 - $150,000+ with Uncapped Commission Earnings

What You'll Do:
Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial accounts.
Perform needs assessments during qualifying interviews with prospects.
Present solutions and close deals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed sales objectives.
Identify resources to improve clients' insurance and risk management programs.
Assist with managing current client relationships and renewals to ensure retention.
What You Need:
3+ years of sales experience; property and casualty insurance sales a plus.
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales expectations.
Align actions with goals, demonstrate urgency, and set priorities.
Build strong relationships and share useful information with the team.
Property and Casualty License preferred; must obtain licensure within 60 days of hire.
Strong desire for personal and professional development.
