9:00 - Start your day by grabbing your favorite morning drink and checking your calendar. Take a moment to confirm upcoming demos.

9:30 - Begin prospecting, focusing on building genuine relationships with frontline professionals in addiction recovery. Collaborate with your Account Executive to tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each prospect effectively.

11:00 - Utilize LinkedIn to connect with alumni coordinators and CEOs. Take this opportunity to share impactful stories and build meaningful industry connections.

12:00 - Enjoy lunch! Our favorite places to eat in St. George includes queso from Costa Vida and Peruvian food from Viva Chicken.

1:00 - Resume your prospecting activities using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn and Seamless. Focus on identifying and connecting with key prospects to strengthen relationships.

What is the career description?

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Embrk, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth. Your primary tasks will involve engaging directly with potential new customers through cold outreach and effectively identifying the needs of prospects. These efforts are aimed at generating initial discovery calls and moving leads further down the sales pipeline to create qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Research and identify potential leads to expand our customer base.
  • Execute cold calls and email campaigns to introduce our solutions and set the stage for deeper engagement.
  • Determine and understand the key requirements of prospects to tailor interactions that address their needs and challenges.
  • Act as the initial point of contact with prospects, representing Embrk's commitment to revolutionizing alumni management with our innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine sales strategies and contribute insights that help enhance our offerings and sales approach.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and utilize enablement resources to improve your sales techniques and effectiveness.

Base salary: 50-60k commensurate with experience
