We're on the Lookout for an M&A Integration Specialist to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team and support the growth of our private-equity backed, HIGH-GROWTH home services company!

Job Profile:

Responsibilities:

o Coordinate the execution of cross-functional tasks from the M&A integration playbook, supporting multiple integration projects simultaneously

o Coordinate the transition of people, assets, licensure, and digital resources related to M&A activity

o Work with the Director of Integrations to continuously refine and improve world-class integration processes

o Facilitate communication between internal & external parties

o Travel regionally, 1-2 times/month or as needed, to facilitate integration efforts

o Track project progress, and report to senior leadership

Job Requirements:

Proficiencies:

o Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)

o Exceptional time management skills

o Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations

o Strong desire to learn new technologies and drive for continuous efficiencies in process

o Analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated planning and organization skills

o Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures; set priorities; respond to changing demands from multiple sources

Preferred Experience:

o Home-services industry experience

o Project management experience

o Smartsheet project Management software

o CRM Softwares (PestPac, FieldRoutes, BRIOstack)

o bachelor's degree
