Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Team Management: Coach and mentor recruiting staff to achieve goals and exceed KPIs.

Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience.

Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
