Service ManagerFASTOYS, LLC is a Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, Nautique, and Beta dealer locate in Kalispell, MT. FASTOYS, LLC has a reputation in providing quality work. We are seeking a qualified, self-motivated individual who communicates well and values customer satisfaction to join our team as a Service Manager. Manage and supervise the service department and staff Schedule and prioritize service appointments Monitor the quality of work performed by the technicians to ensure they meet dealership standards Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge Support the sales team by providing technical expertise on vehicles and accessories Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements. SALARY RANGE: $60K - $90K / Annual w/benefits Qualifications: A minimum of 3yrs experience working in a Powersports dealership preferably one that carried the products we sell. Be familiar with Lightspeed NXT or Lightspeed EVO. Have an outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication & customer service skills Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution Good computer skills General understanding of mechanical/technical terms.
