Insight Global is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a specialty pharmaceutical company in Richmond, VA. The Accounts Payable specialist will be responsible for data entry and handling invoices at large. Other responsibilities include reviewing external invoices, renaming and identifying discrepancies, validating invoices, and processing final documents. This is a mid level position and training will be provided on all company compliance policies and procedures around rules, regulations, and laws.
Below are a few qualifications that we would like them to have.
Accounts payable knowledge
Excel experience - Intermediate to Advanced
SAP Knowledge
Concur Knowledge - for travel and entertainment.
Understanding of basic accounting
Strong analytical mind to analyze reports/data.
