This role is either hybrid in Orange County / Los Angeles or remote in the United States.

About the job

Compa is seeking a Compensation Insights Leader to research market trends, publish insights, and provide guidance to leading compensation teams in the world navigating volatile markets to advance our position as the leader in compensation intelligence technology. This person will report to the Head of Account Management with a dotted line to Compa's co-founder & CEO.

  • Begin with deep analysis of the data already in product today.
  • Uncover insights working through data and workflow discovery with new customers.
  • Empower teams cross-functionally by sharing insights across all Compa's channels, including: sales and marketing, prospects and customers, social and web, internal and external
  • Supply the secrets buried in customers' interactions with the talent market to be amplified by internal partners

Master customer and team collaboration

  • Find fast and crafty ways to mine information, prototype new ideas, and integrate different perspectives.
  • Your analytical ability, organization, and transparency make customers, engineering, sales, and product smarter while maintaining the speed required for explosive growth.
  • Proactively find your way into our tools and platforms (Notion, Slack, Mixpanel, Linear, and internal tooling) to communicate asynchronously and implement a few of your own along the way.

Pay transparency at Compa

Compa is a venture-backed technology company. As such, we have designed our compensation strategy with the purpose of providing you sufficient cash compensation to maintain a comfortable lifestyle, excellent benefits for peace of mind, and strong upside potential in the form of stock options.

Compensation at Compa:

  • Base salary range: $150,000-$200,000
  • Stock options range: 0.05%-0.10%
  • Outstanding health, dental, and vision benefits
