Insight Global is looking for a Sales Commission Analyst/Admin individual to come in and support an overflow of work one of our large clients is having in the Fort Mill, SC area. They are looking for someone with any light analyst experience, who is willing to jump right in and help, eager to learn and someone with a good attitude. Please see some job duties below.
- Provide ongoing assistance and continuous improvement of Sales Analytics Support mailbox and phone support communications related to commissions
- Provide in-depth analysis and clear explanation of multiple sales rep commission plans in line with the company's commission programs and policies
- Manage and assist with development of business intelligence reporting
- Drive sales representative effectiveness by maintaining and supporting KPI reports measuring sales performance and appropriate sales coverage
- Admin work/ Heavy excel work
- Fulfill data extraction requests
- Help assist in building KPI reports and other performance metrics
- Assist in monthly/quarterly goal development and reporting
- Help support the development and use of company's CRM initiatives
- Research projects as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Required Skills & Experience: • BS/ BA in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related degree • Strong Excel experience • Microsoft Office Programs • Analytics experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience: • Microsoft SQL, and Access • Wynne • Relational database knowledge and understanding is critical
