Job Description
Provide first response/Level 1 Help Desk Support to guide and address various user problems.
Troubleshoot network, M365, operating system, and hardware problems, including printer, laptop, and desktop.
Coordinate end users to subject matter experts with administrative authority and correct authentication/access issues.
Manage asset returns and asset management.
Log all calls and keep accurate records of all information in a database.
Requirements
BA/BS diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of IT Help Desk and desktop/laptop support.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, and network.
A+ or Microsoft Certification is a plus.
Detailed-oriented, organized with good communication skills.
