Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by recommending and implementing the best technology solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Install and set up various home technologies, ensuring proper functioning from the outset.
Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest technologies to provide informed recommendations.
Work independently in a highly autonomous environment, multitasking effectively to meet customer demands.
Uphold safety standards and manufacturer requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment.
Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer needs.
Qualifications:

Knowledge or willingness to learn about the latest technologies in the industry.
Ability to lift heavy loads (60-80 pounds), climb ladders (up to 36 feet), and work in varied environments.
