** Ideally they would like someone onsite 5 days a week, but they are open to someone who needs a hybrid schedule.

Need a fulltime dedicated JIRA/Confluence Administration as there are a lot of project management needs across the organization and in different departments, and the current director doesn't have the bandwidth to address everything.
This person will manage the infrastructure for Jira and Confluence. Working in the backend to ensure it is set up properly/correct user access/customizations as needed.
A lot of the departments don't know they have the tool/that they can use it/how to use it. Need someone to proactively reach out to managers to see what they need trainings on or what customizations they might want built.
This person will also help build a policies and procedures repository so they can continue to improve their use of the tool as they move forward and will be sitting on change advisory board meetings and being the liason between IT and other departments.
Linux experience would be a huge plus but is not required
Someone with basic programming/automation experience
3 years of experience in Jira Administration (on prem) would be ideal
