About the Role:
The Solutions Business Development manager for Healthcare vertical will lead the Solutions Business Development team at NXP Semiconductors. This team, composed of highly skilled technical resources adept in customer interaction, is primarily responsible for identifying industry pain points and transforming them into solution requests. The Solutions Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in this process, working closely with regional resources and top industry leaders.
Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide strategic direction and support to ensure they meet their objectives. Problem Identification: Lead the analysis of major industry pain points through continuous market research, participation in fairs, conferences, and trade shows. Collaborate with top industry leaders and regional resources to create a comprehensive problem statement. Solution Definition/Request: Transform the problem statement into a solution request accompanied by a detailed business plan. Work closely with solution development teams across Business Lines and the R&D teams to formulate effective solutions to the identified problems. Solution Deployment: Oversee and be accountable for creating all associated collaterals to be deployed by the regional resources to all customer tiers in the appropriate format. Organize and lead System Solution Symposium events to train top customers/OEMs, and offer Tech Days participation for lower-tier customers by geographical area. Ensure final massive deployment to Field Application Engineers and target distribution branches.
Inspire Regional Business Development & Sales, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure the achievement of team objectives. Conduct in-depth analysis of major pain points within the global healthcare industry through continuous market research, participation in industry fairs, conferences, and trade shows. Collaborate with top industry leaders and regional resources to identify, prioritize, and articulate comprehensive problem statements within the healthcare sector. Work closely with cross-functional teams to transform identified problems into actionable solution requests, accompanied by detailed business plans. Drive the development of innovative solutions to address identified healthcare challenges, leveraging the expertise of solution development teams across Business Lines and R&D. Oversee the creation of all necessary collaterals to support the deployment of solutions to customers across all tiers and geographical areas. Organize and lead System Solution Symposium events to provide training and education to top customers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Facilitate Tech Days participation for lower-tier customers, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance for successful solution implementation. Ensure the effective deployment of solutions to Field Application Engineers and target distribution branches, driving adoption and market penetration. Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and market share within the healthcare vertical. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, clinics, and medical device manufacturers. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, leveraging market trends and customer insights. Negotiate and close complex deals with healthcare customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term partnerships. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the healthcare industry, ensuring all solutions meet necessary guidelines. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of innovative solutions tailored to the specific needs of healthcare customers. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities within the healthcare sector. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, effectively communicating the value proposition of NXP Semiconductors' solutions. Provide training and educational sessions for both customers and internal teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively implement solutions. Represent NXP Semiconductors at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, further enhancing the company's reputation and visibility within the healthcare sector.
