CUSTOMER SERVICE (Accounting Assistant)

• Direct debit ACH Account Maintenance Processes maintenance journal requests.


• Answers incoming customer calls Processes address changes.


• Processes requests for lease documentation and fee waiver requests.


• Performs account audits and reconciliation.


• Processes insurance cancellation requests and payments by phone.


• Adjusts grace periods Adds purchase order numbers Adjusts due dates Process outside vendor requests.


• Completes credit requests Processes lease assignment requests Processes tax requests, as appropriate.
