We are looking for an accomplished CNC operator to join our team. If you have experience with Citizen Swiss-type machines, that would be a plus. This is an advanced level position responsible for producing machined parts while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What will you do?

On any given day, your responsibilities would include:

• Advanced machine operation including set up
• Loading raw materials and unloading completed parts
• Operation of multiple machines simultaneously
• Selecting set-up of appropriate tooling and fixtures
• Adjusting tooling and work offsets
• Troubleshooting and performing significant editing of current programs
• Developing basic programs
• Performing inspections on own work and co-worker's work
• Assisting to establish procedures as well as following quality and safety standards
• Communicating delays and problems effectively and timely

• High school degree or GED
• Experience with Citizen Swiss-type machines (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced manufacturing/machining training and/or certification or 3+ years of manufacturing and machining experience
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Solid understanding of machining practices
• Advanced understanding of CNC programming language
