Review approximately 5500 templates created in the Clarity system
38 clients delegate printed member materials
Documents: Transition of Care, Provider Transition of Care, Excluded Provider, Precluded Provider, Member Explanation of Benefits, Future Formulary Changes
Languages: English, Large Font English, plus any additional foreign languages. Clarity currently translates templates into 18 different foreign languages, with utilization depending on plan demographics.
Quality review looking for:
All the correct plan information is represented (e.g. CalOptima letter doesn't have a Community Health Group website)
Punctuation is correct (e.g. no missing or double periods at the end of sentences)
Spacing is correct (e.g. check page breaks, row and table breaks, no long spaces between paragraphs)
All the components of the document are for the correct letter type (e.g. the Excluded Provider letter doesn't include a paragraph that belongs in Transition of Care letters)
All the letters that should be present, are present (e.g. if a plan adds new PBP's, or new languages, that the new templates are present in the system)
Foreign language letters appear to contain text all in the same font (e.g. there's no paragraphs that are still in English, or there's no Spanish injected into a Korean letter, or raw Unicode tags)
Large Font templates fully render in large font
