Job Description:

Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative and operational support for the manager's book of business.

  • Assist Insurance managers with onboarding new clients, including gathering necessary information and documentation, generating documents, helping with claim reporting, and recommending additional coverage as needed.

  • Resolve client account issues.

  • Deliver customer service with a customer-centric approach.

  • Use basic knowledge of insurance products and refer to available resources for product-related questions.

  • Pre-qualify and analyze future client needs, recommending appropriate coverage.

  • Assist in departmental projects, such as process improvement and the creation and implementation of procedures.


Requirements:



  • At least 1 year of professional office work experience in roles such as admin support, sales support, or customer service.

  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the insurance industry is preferred and required for higher pay.

  • Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance is preferred and required for higher pay.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more functional areas within the department.

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Info:



  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm

  • Location: 100% in office

  • Pay: $22-$29/hr (Depending on experience)
