Finance Manager/ Accountant/Admin Officer

Job Type: Full-time

BHSSBC is seeking candidates for an Administrative Officer position. This position manages the daily financial operations of the HealthChoices Program. Supervises accounting functions including AP, AR, oversees financial reporting, and assists in budgetary reporting.

The Behavioral Health Services of Somerset and Bedford Counites (BHSSBC) HealthChoices Program oversees the management of the Medicaid HealthChoices Behavioral Health Program for Somerset and Bedford Counties.

Work Location and Hours:

• This position could be located at the Somerset Office at 245 West Race Street, Somerset, PA, or the Bedford Office at 1243 Shed Road, Bedford, PA, depending on the selected applicant.
• Typically Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Hybrid-Remote work considered one (1) day a week after 3 months of satisfactory work performance and two (2) days a week considered after 6 months of satisfactory work performance.
• Moderate travel may be required.
• Office Schedule: Monday to Friday
