Job Description:

At MasTec Advanced Technologies, you will provide and install advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation. Your role involves direct customer interaction, recommending and setting up the best technology solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality installation services for various smart home products (TV mounts, sound bars, speakers, door locks, smart speakers, video doorbells, smart thermostats).
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Ensure accurate and safe setup of all installations from the start.
• Manage tasks independently while multi-tasking effectively.
• Continuously learn and master new technologies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and set an example for others.

Pay Up to $19 an hour

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Motivated to learn and master the latest technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Capable of recommending the best solutions to meet customer needs.
• Physical ability to lift 60-80 pounds, climb ladders (28-36 feet), and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, all weather conditions).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
