Job Description:

At MasTec Advanced Technologies, you'll utilize your technical expertise and customer service skills to install and recommend advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide and install various home technologies.
• Interact with customers, recommend technologies to meet their needs, and ensure correct setup.
• Learn and understand different Smart Home solutions.
• Install products such as TV mounts, sound bars, speakers, door locks, smart speakers, video doorbells, and smart thermostats.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and technical knowledge.

Pay: Up to $19 an hour

Qualifications:

• Serious about customer service and leading by example.
• Motivated to learn and master the latest technologies.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Capable of advising and recommending the best solutions to customers.
• Committed to continuous learning of new technologies.
• Able to climb ladders, lift 60-80 pounds, and work in various environments and positions.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment tests (drug, background, MVR).
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends or evenings.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures.
