Job Description:

At MasTec Advanced Technologies, technicians are needed to provide and install advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation. This role involves interacting with customers, recommending suitable technologies, and ensuring proper installation from the start.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of home installation, including TV mounts, sound bars, speakers, smart home products (e.g., doorlocks, smart speakers, video doorbells, smart thermostats)
• Provide quality service and recommend the best solutions to customers
• Ensure everything is set up correctly
• Continuous learning of new technologies
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols

Pay Up to $22 an hour

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Motivation to learn and master the latest technologies
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Physical capability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders (up to 36 feet)
• Ability to work in various environments and positions
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and driving record check
• Flexible schedule including weekends or evenings
