Job Description:

MasTec Advanced Technologies seeks enthusiastic individuals to join our Home Installation Service team through our Best Buy partnership. As a Home Installation Technician, you will install and configure cutting-edge home technologies such as satellite dishes, home security systems, and smart home automation devices. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer experience, from recommending the best solutions to setup and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all phases of installation including TV mounts, sound bars, speakers, and smart home products like door locks, smart speakers, video doorbells, and smart thermostats.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Uphold safety standards and manufacturer requirements during equipment use.
• Work independently and multitask effectively in various indoor and outdoor settings.
• Maintain accurate records and follow protocols to ensure quality service delivery.

Pay Up to $19 an hour

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as kneeling, crawling, and bending.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment checks (drug test, background check, MVR).
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends and evenings.
• Commitment to continuous learning of new technologies and solutions.
