Our Talent Management Systems Analyst is a professional responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing the use of talent management software and systems within an organization.  You will support the development and implementation of talent management programs such as succession planning, performance, goal setting, and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

You Will be responsible for . . .



  • System Administration: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of talent management systems such as performance management systems, to include goals, performance reviews and succession planning


  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to talent management, employee performance trends, and training effectiveness to provide insights and recommendations


  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in talent management processes and suggest enhancements to the systems to increase efficiency and usability


  • User Support and Training: Provide support to HR teams and employees in using talent management systems, including training and troubleshooting


  • Reporting, Metrics and Dashboards: Generate regular reports on various talent management metrics to assist HR leadership in decision-making (prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations)


  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that the talent management systems comply with relevant data protection and privacy laws, and that data security measures are in place


  • Teamwork: Collaborate with HR business partners to assess talent needs and align programs with organizational goals

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):


  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is often required

  • 3+ years of experience in HR or IT with a focus on talent management systems is preferred

  • Proven experience in analyzing data and developing insights within a talent management or HR environment

  • Experience with TalentQuest or comparable system

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines

  • General understanding of HR processes and best practices

  • Strong Customer Service, Problem Solving, Collaboration skills

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a natural curiosity to challenge the status quote
