Job Summary:
This customer serviced focused position is responsible for the facility maintenance of buildings and equipment essential to the operations in a clinic or hospital setting. Performs a variety of repair work, general maintenance and mechanical maintenance. Which includes HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and grounds-keeping. Supports other maintenance mechanics with higher level skillset and specialty work to troubleshoot issues. Provides training and assessment of new hires and continued training of maintenance mechanics on a variety of trade standards.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 5 years of Building maintenance or plant operations experience is required.
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
In depth knowledge in areas of HVAC, Building Automation, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, Pevco and Locksmith.
Leadership qualities and training experience.
Valid driver's license is required.
MECH certification or equivalent is preferred.
