Responsibilities:
Manage document control activities, maintain check sheets, and ensure compliance with quality, code, and safety standards.
Conduct photo documentation of receiving inspections for equipment, components, and other materials.
Inspect, test, and validate equipment and raw materials, as well as work in progress and finished goods, to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality System and customer specifications, utilizing various test equipment, gauges, and measurement devices.
Review protocols, qualifications, and validation procedures, as well as other related requirements, and adhere to these processes. If a manufactured product fails to meet quality standards, the QA inspector will investigate and report the non-conformance.
Collaborate with the team to implement Quality Assurance processes, including inspection checklists, photo documentation, and other quality-related tasks.
Work with team members to address corrective actions and identify continuous improvement opportunities using various techniques.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and that necessary materials and equipment are available for job assignments and projects.
Maintain cleanliness in work areas and with equipment.
Ability to climb, crawl, reach, and stand for extended periods.
