Ohio Wesleyan University is a selective, private, undergraduate liberal art, residential institution founded in 1842 and is located just 20 miles North of Columbus. The Sagan Academic Resource Center and Information Services invite applications for an Academic Support Coordinator. This role is a shared position between the Sagan Academic Resource Center and Information Services. This is a part-time position with no benefits.
Main Responsibilities Sagan ARC:
Direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide customer service support to OWU students, visitors, faculty, and staff
Supervise and train student employees
Provide support to all Sagan Academic Resource Center services including the Bishop ACCESS program
Carry out administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, placing orders with Duplicating, maintaining office supply inventories, updating websites, monitoring emails, and picking up and distributing mail
Support the University Testing Center
Information Services:
Monitor Help Desk ticket queue and assign tickets to staff where necessary
Send links/connection information to students to get on the network
Basic technical troubleshooting
Answer phone calls, emails, chat, and walk-in questions from students, faculty, and staff
Assist with documentation

Knowledge of OWU Campus, policies, procedures, and resources
Complete and pass background check
Bachelor's degree
