HONESTY
Desired skillsets: Ability to operate heavy equipment such as mini excavators, tracked skidsteers, demolition jackhammers, etc. Ability to drive and maneuver dump trailers attached to work trucks. Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly. Skilled at using hand tools. Able to take constructive criticism and be willing to learn. Can use apps on phones. Showing up to the jobsite on time.
Other important information: We use a payroll service with direct deposit. We do not pay in cash or check. Opportunities for promotion within the company. Pay based on experience. We work outdoors most of the time in all weather. Snow and high heat rarely stop work. Be willing and able to work in those conditions.
