Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages, providing prompt and exceptional customer service.
Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
CRM Management: Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Appointment Coordination: Handle scheduling and coordination of appointments, ensuring a smooth process for both clients and inspectors.
Outreach Support: Assist the business development team with outreach activities, including relationship-building with potential clients, real estate agents, and partners.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support the development of sales presentations and proposals.
Progress Tracking: Track outreach efforts and report on progress to help the team achieve its goals.
Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. High level of professionalism and a customer-centric attitude. Experience in the home inspection or real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
