Job Description:
The #1 Priority of the CEA (Customer Experience Associate) is to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers at The Market. All CEAs will be expected to learn a variety of tasks that all make the customer's experience wonderful from the moment they step into The Market.
What does this look like on a day-to-day basis and what duties could this include?
Always greeting and engaging customers when they walk through the door
Answering questions and always providing solutions
Suggested selling
Operating the check lane register
Bagging and carrying out groceries for customers
Creating eye-catching displays that generate sales
Unloading trucks as needed
Ensuring shelves are tidy and stocked
Take and fulfill phone and email orders for curbside pickup
Other duties as needed that make the customer's shopping experience exceptional
