We are seeking a skilled Hotel Director of Operations/Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of this 100+ room nationally-branded hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, manage staff effectively, and maintain high standards of service.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle any guest concerns or complaints promptly
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to deliver top-notch service
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial transactions to maintain financial health
- Maintain hotel facilities and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
Experience:
Hotel management: 2+ years (Preferred)
Hospitality: 2+ years (Preferred)
