TX-DFW, CA,CO,CA, - With 300+ locations around the globe, The Little Gym is an iconic and industry-leading brand that is gearing up for explosive growth. The Franchise Business Consultant will play an integral role in the company's growth by supporting and assisting The Little Gym franchise community maximize profitability. This will be a remote position with the Franchise Business Consultant residing in the same market of the franchisees they support.
In this role, The Franchise Business Consultant will assist with overall operational support of franchised locations. Additionally, the Franchise Business Consultant must develop a trusting and collaborative relationship with franchisees, leading to a strong working partnership achieving shared goals. In partnership with the franchisee, they will analyze all aspects of the business and will work together to determine and implement a business plan that will grow revenue and maximize profitability. The Franchise Business Consultant will live within the defined market they support.
What You'll Do
Support franchise owners within their specified trade market for strategic planning
Work with franchisees to meet defined revenue goals
Support and understand The Little Gym International's systems
Provide centralized support and serve as a liaison for all The Little Gym International's departments
Facilitate and support peer performance groups
Advise on common issues and questions regarding our systems, procedures, vendors, etc.
Conduct in-depth business visits to client gym locations
Quickly and efficiently resolve new tickets received by franchisees while tracking all communication through the ticketing software
Who You Are
The person in this role must have the ability to influence others, problem solve, multi-task, is extremely detail and strong customer service oriented, dedicated to meeting deadlines, has a high sense of urgency, is organized with excellent time management skills, works well under pressure and communicates with respect toward all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Bachelor's Degree in business related studies
1 to 3 years of consulting or similar experience
You have experience fostering sound relationships while supporting, influencing and motivating others
You have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Experience in consulting and/or working with franchisees is preferred
