LHH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Lead to join our client in Jonesboro, AR. As a Maintenance Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our client's manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities
Monitor, inspect, and service company equipment and machinery, including mechanical and electrical components.
Troubleshoot, repair, and restore company equipment and machinery.
Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
Perform preventative maintenance duties and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Perform building and facilities repair and basic building maintenance.
Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work long hours when necessary
Experience with blow molding equipment is a must
Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic repairs and PLC/electric troubleshooting
