PCHCenter, our flagship location, is a large, well-established, outpatient primary care practice in the heart of North-Central Maine. We offer a full range of services including primary care clinical pharmacy, care management, chiropractic care, mental health, recovery, laboratory, and infusion-all under one roof! The position is planned for in-person, full-time 40 hours per week, with 34 patient contact hours. Alternatively, a part-time schedule of 30 or more hours per week is also possible. Hours can be split between three to five days per week, depending on the number of hours worked.

Graduate of an accredited medical school with a Maine State license to practice medicine and have a valid DEA number.
Board Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine within three (3) years of completing a Family Medicine Residency required.
Will have up-to-date training and certification in Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Health & Safety Institute. Must obtain within 2 weeks if not current at hire.
Be able to be credentialed at assigned hospitals and contractible on PCHC insurance plans.
Must not be excluded from participation in federal health care programs.
