We were recently awarded North County's "Best Insurance Company" for 2024, and due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking 1-2 part-time and/or full-time remote CSRs/account managers. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and supporting the agency by servicing existing accounts and handling in-bound new business requests.
Responsibilities • Handle in-bound new business requests for personal lines • Process service requests for personal lines • Review quotes, policies, and endorsements for accuracy • May assign commercial lines tasks based on skill level • May perform networking, and meetings as needed • General clerical duties, and administrative tasks, as needed
Preferred Skills and Qualifications • Enthusiastic about the role insurance plays in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams • Self-motivated, detail oriented, and efficient • Work independently and resourceful • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task • Strong customer service mindset and background • Excellent written communication skills • 2-4 years insurance industry work experience • Ability to work within a team, and have an effective relationship with clients, carriers and other businesses • Knowledge of QQ Catalyst, a plus • Valid property-casualty insurance license • Hourly pay plus bonuses
