Key Responsibilities:

Website Management: Update and maintain product listings on the website. Write engaging product descriptions that align with brand messaging. Create and manage dropship listings. Schedule product releases and ensure all collections are up to date. Perform regular updates to the website's menu and collections.

Preorder Management: Prepare and update preorder listings. Keep the preorder page updated with the latest product statuses. Send preorder updates and communications to customers.

Sales & Promotions: Schedule and organize sales events. Create product bundles and special offers for promotions.

Customer Service: Update and maintain customer service pre-responses for efficiency. Monitor and reply to customer inquiries via Richpanel. Handle inquiries from wholesale partners through Faire. Engage with customers through social media comments and messages.

SMS Scheduling: Draft and schedule SMS texts to different audience segments, ensuring language and timing align with marketing strategies.

Requirements: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar) and customer service tools (Richpanel). Experience with social media engagement and basic copywriting. Ability to follow precise instructions and meet deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
