Customer Success Operations Support

The Customer Success team is integral to the overall success of Digital Experience as a whole. They are the driving force behind ensuring the successful use, adoption, and retention of our products and services. Working cross functionally, and with our customers, this team ensures we're building products that our customers love.

The role will work closely with the Manager, Customer Success Operations to handle the day-to-day operational activities of the team. These activities include but are not limited to: Data Entry, System Administration, Content Management, and the preparation of reports and scorecards.

We are seeking a self-starter who is self-motivated. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional team. Someone who is adept at problem-solving and critical thinking is highly sought after.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the various daily tasks that drive operational excellence for the customer-facing teams and internal stakeholders.

This assignment is full-time in Reading, PA. This assignment has the option to work from home two days a week.

Major Responsibilities
  • Data Entry/Administrative Tasks
  • Content Management (e.g. Knowledgebase, LMS, etc.)
  • System Administration (e.g. Zendesk)
  • Preparing/Maintaining reports and other documents
  • Other projects as assigned by the supervisor
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

Education

Bachelors degree preferred but will consider relevant experience in lieu of degree.

  • Transportation
  • Zendesk Suite

Compensation:

$55K

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
