The Pickle Juice Company is looking for an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager to create incremental business across c-store and impulse channels. The KAM is responsible for growing the current revenue base through new placement, pricing objectives, and retention objectives as well as implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed the targeted growth objectives (monthly, quarterly, and annually) of the company.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of the internal and external sales team by providing access to the Pickle Juice® infrastructure to our partnership network and will be provided with the tools and opportunity to advance at a fast-growing company.
Major areas of responsibility:
Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing accounts within the c-store and impulse channels.
Create and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue growth goals.
Provide monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Attend CPG industry tradeshows and in-person selling events.
Manage the launch of new products into market.
A good candidate will demonstrate the following qualities.
Minimum 5 years sales experience in the CPG industry with at least 3 years calling on c-store and impulse channels.
Demonstrated ability to grow revenue within major national distributors.
Ability to thrive in a result driven organization with a proven track record of success.
