Job Description:

The Vice President of Business Development at Wireless Equity Group will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by overseeing lead generation, marketing, partnerships, and team management. This role involves developing and implementing strategies for identifying and acquiring cell tower leases and converting calls into customers.

Additionally, the VP will lead a team of acquisitions associates, build relationships with real estate and industry professionals, and stay abreast of market trends to inform strategic decisions. The role will also include creating and managing webinars, video content, and other outreach efforts to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.

  • Qualifications:
    • Experience in real estate sales with a California real estate license (or pending license) preferred. Strong interest or experience in real estate assets or industry knowledge required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and spelling abilities.
    • Experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, and CRM platforms; experience with Follow Up Boss is preferred.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset.
    • Discreet and trustworthy, with the capability to handle confidential information professionally.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges effectively.
