About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr Marketing Consultant in Consumer, Small & Business Banking Marketing. This role is part of the CSBB Deepening Marketing organization, who are responsible for delivering activation and engagement with checking customers throughout their lifetimes with Wells Fargo.

This role sits within our Product Optimization team with a focus on fee experience, attrition, and new product development. Additionally, this role will help lead a robust test & learn agenda for creative/channel strategies to deliver customer-obsessed experiences and increase campaign effectiveness.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead or participate in development of planning and executing increasingly complex highly visible direct-to-consumer campaigns across multiple channels
  • Navigate and flawlessly deliver within existing campaign execution processes while identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce operational risks, and increase speed-to-market
  • Work across functional teams to plan and ensure execution in a timely, on-strategy and cost effective way, while adhering to channel governance and utilizing best practices.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to assess individual campaign effectiveness and, when necessary, adjust creative and channel strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion
  • Lead all submissions for operational workflows and processes adhering to Marketing campaign management requirements.
  • Manage approvals for all internal legal and compliance requirements with keen attention to detail
  • Review and analyze moderately complex information across projects or programs to present findings and recommend solutions to management while developing work plans, campaign requirements, establishing milestones and reports comparing results to projections
  • Analyze product collateral design, development, distribution, regional marketing, and sales support including local advertising or brand awareness, sponsorships, promotions, sales campaigns, tracking, research, and reporting on trends and program effectiveness
  • Collaborate and consult with product areas, technology, customer care, other organizational units, alliance partners, vendors, and line managers to recommend solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage marketing and related technologies to drive improvements to marketing outcomes.
  • Experience with financial services industry, products, and services.
  • Understanding of marketing channels, including digital, email, direct mail, online banking and public site
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Aprimo, Salesforce or similar marketing technologies
  • BA/BS in marketing or related field
Job Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the site locations; however, the position is eligible to work from home in a hybrid model.
  • Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home a week
Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $155,900.00
