Another Source’s client, Washington State University, is recruiting an Executive Director of Finance to join the Office of the Provost in Pullman, WA. This role will manage a portfolio of approximately 20 million, consisting of both core and gift funds.

Summary:
The Executive Director is a senior position responsible for directing and overseeing fiscal management, human resources, and related administrative functions for areas,
programs and/or units reporting to the Office of the Provost. Responsibilities include providing leadership and direction; planning, developing, managing, and administering business functions; directing and controlling programs to assure accountability for the allocation of resources and program results; and representing the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice President to internal and external constituents in areas related to financial management of academic programs.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and eight (8) years of progressively responsible
relevant experience, which has included at least three (3) years of managerial experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience. Education and experience can be tailored to fit the specific organizational entity/directorial assignment.
