Carolina Caring is seeking a Master of Social Work (MSW) to provide case management and counseling services to patients, families, and caregivers in Gaston County. As a Medical Social Worker, you will conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with our Interdisciplinary Team.

This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, along with a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement.
