Location: Owings Mills, MD

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Inventory Specialist at Owings Mills, MD


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• 
  Inventory Management - this person will be responsible for inventory of IT Assets using IAM ServiceNow, Coupa and Myvuy (which includes shipping and receiving). *The candidate does not need to know these systems beforehand, as the team will train.


• This person will reconcile inventory, match records, and receive equipment


• 
  Records Management/Customer Service - answering e-mails, connecting to site contacts about disposals, updating systems

Qualifications & Requirements:

• The ability to use a pallet jack (required) and a shrink wrap machine (the team will train on how to use).


• The ability to lift equipment.


• Shipping and Receiving experience.


• Inventory experience.


• Microsoft Office knowledge


• Microsoft Word (Correspondence/reports)


• Microsoft Excel (creating and updating spreadsheets; no need-to-know pivot tables, or v-lookups)


• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail
