The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking a Court Operations Assistant. The successful candidate will be accountable for performing specialized administrative support tasks in courtroom clerk service, jury administration and related court support services to assist in the effective functioning of assigned courts. 

Salary Range: $54,911 - $71,914/year – plus State of Connecticut benefits.

New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

General Experience: Three years of clerical experience in a Clerk’s Office. 

Substitutions Allowed:

1) A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the General Experience.
2) An Associate’s degree and one year of court or legal experience may be substituted for the General Experience.

3) Sixty college credits and one year of court or legal experience may be substituted for the General Experience.
