Your Role:
The Operations Technician will be part of the Chemical Manufacturing team in Carlsbad, CA. The team of Operations Technicians are responsible for receiving, decontaminating, rebuilding, and filling our vessels with ultra-pure chemistries. Hour of operation is 3rd shift Sunday- Thursday 9pm- 5:30am PST
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Manual and Automated vessel decontamination
Perform hazardous waste consolidation
Perform acid wash stainless steel and quartz vessels
Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing environment
Assist in unloading trucks and receiving products
Assist the Engineering team with troubleshooting system issues
Effectively input data entry into companies' systems
Inspect vessels and documentation for correctness and completeness
Physical Attributes:
Wear a PPE as well as full-face air-purifying respirator
Lift up to 50 pounds
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience handling chemicals
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience operating a sit-down forklift
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets and written work instructions
Experience using Microsoft suite including (Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)
Experience using SAP
Ability to use hand tools
Pay Range for this position - $49,500 - $148,900
