Mountain View Post Acute is hiring an experienced MDS Coordinator - RN! $2,500 Sign on Bonus*!

What to expect:

• Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames.


• Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed.


• Files the MDS documents in residents' charts.


• Maintains confidentiality of all patient care information.

Successful candidates:

• RN Preferred


• Current RN License


• Experience as a MDS Coordinator in skilled nursing facility utilizing MDS 3.0 required

Rate Range $90,000-$110,000/year

* $2,500 Sign on bonus paid: $1,250 after 90 days & $1,250 paid after 6 months
